I would say that I listen to a variety of music genres depending on the occasion. When working or before going to bed, I frequently listen to jazz and soul music without words. I must acknowledge that they are quite beneficial for individuals who practice meditation or seek to increase their attention. This is due to the nice melody, which keeps us concentrated. Furthermore, such music helps me achieve inner calm and conquer mental problems such as sleep deprivation or attention.
When I’m depressed or anxious, I listen to melancholy tunes. They contain psychological therapeutic properties that can assist me in recovering from my anxiety and sadness. Some of my friends, on the other hand, love listening to rock music with a powerful melody, which is frequently played at bars or at public events. I couldn’t take it anymore.
I believe music offers several psychological and mental health advantages, and everyone has a favorite music genre that suits their personality.

This difference is also influenced by physical condition. Rock climbing or wrestling, for example, may be too difficult for most women. However, there are several exceptions.. It may be a man who enjoys cooking or a woman who aspires to be a bodybuilder.
