Describe a book that you enjoyed
The Power of Habit by Charles Duhigg is one of the books I read and appreciated. It’s a nonfiction book on how habits operate and how to modify them for the better. The book is divided into three sections: the first explains the science of habits and how they form in our brains; the second shows how habits can be used to improve our personal lives and achieve our goals; and the third shows how habits can influence our organizations and societies. The book is chock-full of fascinating anecdotes and examples from a variety of sectors, including business, sports, health, and politics.
This book was enjoyable to read since it taught me a lot about myself and others. I learnt how to recognize my own behaviors and adjust them to achieve the results I sought. I also learnt how to form new habits that will assist me in becoming more productive, healthy, and joyful. I found the book to be incredibly entertaining and motivating, as it demonstrated the power of habits in determining our lives and destinies.
